When I was going through perimenopause, I remember looking at myself one day in the mirror and seeing my eye, which were previously so bright and sparkling, looking back at myself with a deadness that permeated my whole body.

My symptoms had taken a toll on every aspect of my life. There wasn't a single area that was unaffected.
